We are a short five minute walk away from London Bridge, Borough and Southwark underground stations. The 344, 381, N343 and N381 buses also stop nearby on Southwark St.

All stations provide step-free access, plus local bus routes operate a low-floor service and/or have a ramp available for wheelchair users.

Not a problem. If you have a question about booking, an upcoming reservation, or you need to cancel a reservation, please send us an email and our reservations team will get back to you ASAP.

Where possible, please try to leave as much time between emailing and your reservation, to give us plenty of time to get back to you.

As with most venues, we operate a cancellation policy as a precaution to protect revenue against those who do not turn up to their reservations. 

We ask that you provide card details when booking, however you will only be charged if you wish to cancel and fail to inform us with at least 24 hours notice prior to the commencement of your reservation.

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your allocated booking start time, your booking will be cancelled and your table/s will be reallocated

As standard, all reservations have a three hour time duration. To extend this, either email us in advance or speak to one of our hosts on the day, however please note that during busy periods it may not be possible to extend your booking.

To maintain the best possible customer experience, we only accept reservations (via our reservations page) up to 30 days in advance. To guarantee a table beyond this, we recommend setting a reminder on your phone 30 days prior to the date you wish to book.

For large group bookings, private hire or corporate events, please email our Events Team.

Flat Iron Square is an open space, comprising of three unique areas. When booking guests must choose a table in one of the following areas, however are free to roam. The Garden: Our all-weather outdoor space with views of The Shard; featuring plenty of covered seating, heaters, its own separate bar and the location of our five incredible food traders. The Taproom: Flat Iron Square’s central hub, and the location of our main bar and regular weekly events. Home to plenty of indoor seating, heaters and comfy orange sofas to sit back and relax on. The Arch: The bridge between our Garden and The Taproom. Home to our beer storage tanks, community book swap, as well as covered seating, heaters and arcade machines.

We ask that you take responsibility of your own belongings whist at Flat Iron Square. However, should you leave something behind or lose an item while with us, please email us with as much detail as possible and we’ll do our best to return it to you. Please note, found items will only be kept for two weeks.

All ages are welcome at Flat Iron Square, however we ask that children under 18 years old are accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. During events or busy periods, this is down to the discretion of management / security.

Absolutely. We can even provide a water bowl for your four-legged friend, just ask a member of staff on arrival.

We are. Our entire site is wheelchair accessible, plus we have a roomy accessible toilet inside the Arch (next to The Taproom) too. If you need assistance at any time, please feel free to ask one of our staff who will be happy to help.

We do. To ensure our spaces are cosy all year round, all of our bookable tables either have their own heater – or one very close.

Mostly, yes. All of our bookable tables in the Garden are covered (although we still recommend dressing for the weather), where as tables in The Taproom and Arch are fully covered / indoors.

Some walk-in tables in the Garden are not covered, however if you’re sitting outside and the weather turns bad, we’ll try our best to accommodate you inside if there’s availability.

For drinks last orders are 30 minutes before closing. 

Last food orders are 9.45pm, Tuesday – Saturday, and 7.30pm on Sundays.

We do. We save tables specifically for walk-ins, and will do our best to accommodate you on arrival. We have plenty of standing room, however, if it’s a table your after and there isn’t one available on arrival we can add you to our waiting list.
