What time do you open?

Are you wheelchair accessible?

A

Flat Iron Square's outside area and Food Arch are wheelchair accessible. The Food Arch mezzanine and wine bar Tap & Bottle are not.

Where can I leave my bike?

A

We do not allow for bikes to be left on site but there are suitable places to secure your bike on Union Street.

Are kids welcome?

A

Kids are of course welcome until 10pm subject to the discretion of the security and management during events or peak periods.

Are pets welcome?

A

Yes, although at busy periods, especially later on, we would advise against bringing your pet.

How do I book a table?

A

Please use the booking widget, or you can email [email protected] and specify what day, time and how many people.

Please note: we only take reservations for a portion of the site to ensure plenty of space for walk-ins.

When are the bars open?

A

Arch 33 (the main bar) is open midday - midnight, 7 days a week.

Apr├Ęs is open Monday - Wednesday 5-11pm, Thursday - Saturday midday - 11:30pm, Sunday midday - 10pm.

The Garden Bar is open Monday - Saturday midday - 11pm, Sunday midday - 10pm.

The Espresso Bar in the Food Arch (also serving alcohol) is open Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm, Saturday - Sunday 10am - 10pm.

Please note: we only ever begin serving alcohol from midday.

When do the food traders open?

A

The general opening hours for food traders are: 12pm - 2:30pm for lunch and then 6pm - 9.30pm for dinner, however the food traders are all independent so these times may vary. Our Food Arch is open 7 days a week!

Can I bring my food and drink into Flat Iron Square?

A

For consumption no, and at busy periods when we are bag checking, security will remove any food or drink from your bags. Consuming your own alcohol on site may result in you being asked to leave.

Can I check in my coat/bag?

A

We do not have a cloakroom. Please look after your belongings.

Do you have Lost Property?

A

Should you leave something behind or lose an item while with us, please email [email protected] with as much detail as possible. Please note: items will be kept for 3 weeks only.
