EDū is a contemporary Spanish food concept with influences from other world cuisines where most of the core ingredients originate from Spain. The ‘mixto’ concept, created by Eduardo and Dani, came about by realising the need to do something different with Spanish cooking in the UK, moving away from the classic tapas bars whilst staying true to traditional Spanish ingredients and recipes.
