Visible behind the bar in the Taproom, our state-of-the-art brewery not only looks the part, but exists for one purpose; crafting exceptional beers that'll keep you wanting more - including our first IPA, brewed in collaboration with Lagunitas, Hop Exchange!

India Pale Ale

Coming in at 4.2% ABV, this super juicy, hazy-ish IPA is the kind of beer dreams are made of, and a firm Flat Iron Square favourite. One sip, and you won't want to drink anything else - go ahead and ask for a sample at the bar if you don't believe us!

Tasting Notes

According to our (entirely sober at the time) Master Brewer, Sam: “Stone fruit jam on white bread, hints of prehistoric fruity breakfast cereals, gooseberries, snozzberries".

Ingredients

British Maris Otter barley, oated malts, torrified wheat, and a mixture of Simcoe, Cashmere and Mosaic hops - ooooh, perfect combo!

Flavourful and spicy food… or essentially anything our food traders have cooking right now. It's as if we planned it!

The difficult second ~~album~~ brew - coming soon(ish). Having already crafted perfection with our IPA, Hop Exchange, you bet we'll be taking our time to get this one just right too. Yes, there will be lots of drinking and tasting to do first. Yes, it'll be tough… but someone's got to! Worth the wait? We guarantee it.
