I want to book in 3 weeks’ time, why are all the dates greyed out?
To maintain a great customer experience, our diaries run two weeks in advance – set the alarm on your phone to two weeks out and that should get you at the front of the line.
There’s availability for a table of 6 but not for 2 – why can’t I just book for 2?
We have a set number of tables with different capacity. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions and our reservation plan we have to maintain the original numbers. You are more than welcome to join us as a walk-in customer, and we will do our best to find you availability if our reservations are full.
Why do I have to enter my card details? Will I get charged?
As with most venues, we operate with a no-show policy so that we can protect revenue from those who don’t turn up for their reservation. We secure card details for all of our reservations – you won’t get charged unless you fail to notify us that you are unable to make your reservation.
Why can I only book for 6 people? Can I make multiple reservations?
Due to current social distancing measures, we can only accommodate parties of 6 or below. Due to legislation changes taking action from Monday 14th September, we are no longer able to accept multiple table reservations for the same party.
All the dates are greyed out on the calendar. Why can’t I book?
If the dates are greyed out this would indicate that we don’t have availability for the group size/date/time that you are currently searching for. We get booked up quickly, but please do try a different combination of dates or times.
I don’t have a booking, can I just walk in?
You are more than welcome to join us without a reservation; however we cannot guarantee that we’ll have a table available on your arrival. We do reserve some space for walk-ins, and we will accommodate you as best we can.
I want to book but it’s saying I can only have the table for 2 hours – can’t I stay all night?
Our lunchtime service does have 2 hour turn times on all of our tables, if you’d like to stay for longer please drop us an email and we’ll do our best to extend your time on the table. It may be that the table is rebooked after 2 hours.
