Patricia Trijbits' restaurant is a place you can enjoy nutritious stacks of buttermilk pancakes, savoury or sweet, with each dish a feast of colour and flavour, made with heaps of tender loving care, paired to perfection with a selection of craft cider and prosecco.
Launching her first bricks-and-mortar restaurant, after a year of pop-ups, festivals and winning “best pancake” accolades in Time Out and on Channel4's Sunday Brunch. The all-day and into the evening new home for sweet and savoury stacks of buttermilk pancakes, craft ciders and buckwheat-blinis and prosecco is open in Flat Iron Square.
Savoury and seasonal pancake stacks include AMERICAN smoked streaky bacon, blueberries, maple-agave syrup; AUSTRALIAN roast corn, grilled tomatoes, creme fraiche, preserved lemon, avocado, spinach; BENEDICT; hollandaise, smoked ham, poached egg, tendril pea shoots.
Sweet colourful combinations include HUMMINGBIRD caramelised pineapple, toasted almonds, coconut, lime syrup, mint; LIMONCELLO RICOTTA layered with citrus peel or just simple stacks with our house chocolate sauce, maple-agave syrup and butter, or lemon & sugar.
The menu of blinis include BUCKWHEAT BLINIS & PROSECCO – salmon & creme fraiche and mackerel & salsa verde toppings served with two glasses of prosecco - a brilliant way to wind down and lift the spirits.
THE DUTCH BABY is a classic from the Californian breakfast table, making it’s way to London in both sweet and savoury variations. Look out for the COX & BRAMLEY with raisins, cinnamon, cream & maple or THYME PARMESAN with radicchio salad.
THE HOLY GRAIL – wheat and dairy free, this
dish is conscious of many people’s dietary requirements and uses a blend of flours, oats and milk. Choose any sweet or savoury
