Handmade Turkish dumplings filled with seasonal British ingredients and served with tangy seasoned yoghurt, smoky black chilli butter, deep fried breadcrumbs and handfuls of beautiful fresh herbs.
Gleened and adapted from a recent cooks train tour taken between St Pancras and Istanbul, Michael Richardson has taken these dumplings and filled them with the best British produce he can get his hands on. Including roast beetroot and Brockley made Persian feta, Lake District lamb, cinnamon, pumpkin and freshly minced south coast fish, fresh mint and salted lemon.
Mike started a market stall in Deptford in 2011 and has since opened a small neighbourhood restaurant in Camberwell.
