A modern take on street food from the Eastern Mediterranean, inspired by the food stalls and cooking of the region. Vegetables and marinated meats are grilled then piled up into a warm fluffy pita or ‘laffa’ together with vibrant seasonal salads, fragrant herbs and their homemade sauces. Ben and Gabriel's changing menu includes Lamb Kofta, Jerusalem Spiced Chicken Livers, Grilled Goats Cheese and Aubergine.
